How Can I Tell if I Have a Roof Leak?
If water is coming in through your ceiling or wall, it could be from a number of sources. This includes condensation, plumbing leaks and, yes, roof leaks. Roofs tend to leak through the edges and valleys more than through the ridges. Water can also migrate and pool before actually coming through a ceiling. How Long do Your Roofing Systems Last?
The longevity of your new roof will depend a lot on the materials. Some of our base materials are estimated to last between 18-25 years. Within 10 years, auto everything covered. After 10, prorated after shingle. Lifetime prorate over 30 year material. Accessories and labor not included after that time. Upgraded warranty includes labor material, dumpsters paid for for 25 years. High end shingles up to 50 year prorated warranty. Membrane lifetime on residential and 20 years on commercial. We do offer lifetime labor and material warranties as well that will last 50 years.
