Roofing Warranties

Subject to the following terms and conditions, Brady Roofing, Inc. warrants to the Buyer that the workmanship will be covered under warranty for five years.

If upon inspection by Brady Roofing, the Roof Covering shows premature deterioration or defect because of workmanship within the five year period stated herein, Brady Roofing’s liability and Buyers remedies are limited at Brady Roofing’s option to the providing of repair material for the original Roofing or credit to be applied towards the purchase of a solution, the value of these remedies being determined by Brady Roofing based upon the number of remaining months of the unexpired warranty.
